Walk the Walk with our 28 Day Wellbeing Challenge
Over the next four weeks we plan to help you and your team keep active, stay connected and have some fun along the way.
With social distancing and restrictions on the amount of time we can spend outdoors, we’re going to focus less on the amount of steps we clock up and more on making the most of our daily walk and fitting in some activity around that. Think quality not quantity!
To keep you motivated with come up with a 28 Day Wellbeing Challenge. For each day of the Step Count Challenge there is a different activity for you and your team to carry out, starting with today's action which is to get connected and set up a WhatsApp group to help you keep connected and motivate each other during the challenge.
We'll be sharing tips and resources (like tomorrow's Mind to Walk audio) on our blog, so keep checking in over the coming days and weeks.
