If you’re interested in getting your colleagues walking more in and around the working day, we've developed an online course which could help you do just that. Gain the knowledge, ideas and skills to develop and deliver a workplace walking project. Step Count Challenge participants also receive a 20% discount, contact us to find out more.

Check out your nearest Health Walk

Paths for All supports a network of community Health Walk projects all over Scotland that organise free group walks every week. Led by trained volunteer walk leaders, each walk lasts no longer than an hour and take place on risk-assessed routes. Check out our Health Walk map to find your nearest project and further details about health walks in your local area.

Organise a bespoke Step Count Challenge

If your workplace is full of keen step counters, you might be interested to know that you can run a Step Count Challenge exclusively for your workplace. Run a bespoke Step Count Challenge at any time you like, for any length of time, and you’ll have access to all the features of the Step Count website, for your workplace teams only. Get your workplace involved in the Walk at Work Award

The Walk at Work Award is an accreditation award designed to recognize and celebrate employers who are going the extra mile to encourage staff to walk more. The Award is open to any workplace to take part in, whether you’re just starting out on your journey to encourage walking or whether you’re already running regular walking activities. The Way to Work website is your one-stop-shop for active and sustainable travel information. Featuring the latest active and sustainable travel news, opportunities for funding and training, and resources for advice, information and support, the website is an online tool which supports Scottish employers to help staff travel actively in and around the working day.
